Jared Garfield, President of ROI Turn Key Properties, Broker, CRS, GRI:  Jared Garfield is one of the top real estate investment acquisition and investment property trainers in the United States. He and his teams have analyzed, closed, renovated, placed tenants and managed over 3,000 properties in 5 states. Hedge funds with assets totaling $30,000,000 – $1,000,000,000 have relied on Jared for turn-key investment bulk packages, allowing his investors a great exit strategy! Having developed some of the top real estate investment research, scouting and analysis tools in the U.S., while also knowing market trends and cycles, to take advantage of market timing, Jared has built full investment teams in top cash flow markets. This superior knowledge came from extensive investment experience and successfully coaching over 1,000 clients, as they built real estate portfolios.

Mr. Garfield hosted “The Rich Life Real Estate Show” on Fox affiliate radio stations WDUN AM 550 and FM 102.9 for two years, and has been a frequent co-host of the nationally syndicated “Rich Life Show” on financial planning and investment. An often key-note speaker, he advises clients around the world. Jared spent three years working with Robert Kiyosaki training the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” coaching staff and helping clients build real estate portfolio’s. He trained and worked with the Carleton Sheets, Dean Graziosi, Than Merrill, Armondo Montelongo, Robert Allen staff members. Jared has run investment bus tours for “Millionaire Mentor,” with the guys from “Flip This House,”  and “Flipping Vegas.” Many of these trainers personally buy properties from Mr. Garfield, and he has sold to the chief provider of Donald Trump’s real estate events. In his 20’s Jared started a real estate brokerage, recruited & trained 42 agents. He has received many certifications in the real estate and financial services industries including the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama and Georgia.  Jared loves helping people exit the rat race, and is active in community and church service with his wife and five children.

Joe Fiddelman: Executive Vice President of Operations: Joe’s real estate career stared in 2010 when he purchased a single family rental, started his first property management company, and became a licensed agent. He focused primarily on residential properties on both the buyer and seller side and worked for Remax and Keller Williams.

Joe’s diverse real estate experience ranges from renovating rental properties to maximize cashflow and minimize vacancy, to completely restoring flooded houses in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to better-than-new condition, to new high-end construction in Nashville, Tennessee. He has managed his own projects in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana. Joe enjoys meeting and working with investors of all skill levels.

Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has his Commercial Pilot’s License and in his free time you’re likely to find him in an airplane or around an airport teaching people about aviation. If Joe is not at airport, there’s a good chance he’s in the garage wrenching on a car, motorcycle, or occasional computer. Joe has a love for travel and enjoys learning about different cultures.

Joe is a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he served aboard “The Hunt For Red October” submarine, the USS Dallas. His responsibilities included being a Reactor Operator where he operated and maintained the nuclear propulsion plant system and associated reactor protection systems. Continuing his life-long learning, Joe received his electrical engineering degree and MBA from Georgia Tech.

doyleDoyle White,  Portfolio Manager, Realtor:  Doyle white has over 20 years of experience in managing large organizations and ensuring that they get results under the most strict of time constraints.  His experience includes quality control, production supervision, customer service oversight, purchasing and scheduling.  Mr. White manages teams of contract administrators handling hundreds of offers as they move from offer to contract and then closing.  His attention to detail, efficient management skills and love for working with people make him a huge asset to our team and allow him to oversee the purchase of high volumes of high return income properties.
Karen Hodges,  Real Estate Broker at ROI Realty, GRI:  
Karen has worked hard in the Real Estate field and has a strong belief that you should never stop learning and certainly never stop climbing. This was her basis for opening a company that would provide more than home marketing and assistance to buyers. Karen wanted a company that could give exceptional service to those seeking success in real estate.  Karen has received her GRI designation as well as her broker’s license. She learned early in her career to make her clients first priority in business and to build lasting relationships. Being more knowledgeable and attentive to client needs has resulted in her receiving many awards and being a multi-million dollar producer. Karen believes real estate agents and brokers have a duty to serve the community, state and nation and she  is very active in those areas. Karen and her husband Rusty, an experienced contractor are both passionate about the art of investing in Real Estate and improving the communities by doing so. Currently they are working on the renovation of yet another investment property to hold. This results in a first hand understanding of the challenges investors face. Karen and Rusty serve actively in their church and community.  They love spending time with their three daughters and son-in-laws and seven grandchildren. Karen is blessed to share her journey with her oldest daughter Elizabeth Fowler and her middle daughter Ashley Gregory in making ROI Realty, LLC successful.
